Room Fees (1st September 2009 - 31st August 2010)

There are three tariffs, the tariff you pay depends on the length of your stay. You need to know that:

  • You will have to pay VAT for the first 28 days of your stay
  • If you are staying longer than three weeks, MIH requires a £250 deposit for booking and damages
  • If you pay a month room fee in advance, you will get a discount

RATE A four months + 1 day and longer.

Fees from 1st September 2009 - 31st August 2010

Government tax (17.5% VAT) applies to the first 28 days of stay on all tariffs.
Medium to long stay residents, however, can enjoy a prompt payment discount which over time should refund to them the cost of the VAT paid.
If you are staying longer than three weeks, MIH require a £250 deposit for booking and damages.
Payments by cheque, cash, or standing order to M.I.H Bristol please.

* If you pay a month in advance you will get a discount.
