Every room has its own washbasin with hot and cold running water. Toilets with bath and/or shower are within easy reach. We have mainly single study/bedrooms that include a desk/table, comfy chair, bed, wardrobe and cupboards. Bed linen is provided and laundered. Rooms are cleaned weekly.

Our communal kitchen and dining room are equipped with ovens, cooking hobs, microwaves, kettles, fridges and freezers. It is self-catering, so you can eat what you want. The kitchen is always available, except when cleaning is in progress.

We realise that relaxation is important. We provide a comfortable television lounge, and lounge with board games, reading books and pool table. A second television is sited in the dining room. To the rear of the House is a pleasant secluded garden.

Bathrooms, showers and toilets are shared. Hot water is available 24 hours a day.

For residents' laundry we have a token operated washing machine, spin dryer and handwashing facilities. There are also irons and ironing boards.

There is a wireless internet access throughout the building. Althought there is an extra charge for the internet.

All residents have their own room key and a front door key giving 24 hour access.
