About us

Bristol Methodist International House has been specifically catering for the needs of international students since 1957.

We are administered by the Bristol District of the British Methodist Church.

The house exists to provide a home for International and British students in the belief that people of different races and religions have much to gain from the interplay of their traditions in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual trust.

A resident must complete an Application form stating the expected duration of their course and their length of their stay.

A resident Warden who, with his family, live on site to provide a home from home. The staff team is available to give residents assistance, advice and deal with any emergencies. The House is open every day of the year. It is approved by the university and other places of study in Bristol.
